What are the check-in & check-out times?

Your room will be ready from 3 PM on the day you are due to arrive., checkout is 11 AM on your agreed departure date. Late check out is available for £15, which will allow you to stay in the room until midday.

Early check is available on request and subject to demand for a fee of £15, this will give you access to your room from 12pm. Please contact

How do I walk to the hotel on foot?

Walking from the train station (16-min walk), cross the road and walk down Station Approach to Junction Road. Stay on Junction Road and take a left towards Western Avenue/A3057. Keep going until you are on Western Avenue and then turn left towards West Street, after passing Lidl. Turn right onto High Street and continue down – and the hotel will be on your left.

Walking from the bus station (four-min walk), walk past Costa and through Chantry Centre. Continue walking down High Street – and the hotel will be on your left at the end of the high street. Reception is located to the rear of the building.​

Local buses run regularly throughout the town. There are regular direct train services to Salisbury, Exeter, Basingstoke, and London Waterloo. Local taxis are also available. (Please see list below)

What are the local points of interest?

​This Hampshire town lies around 20 miles north of the beautiful New Forest National Park. Newbury, Basingstoke and the pretty cathedral city of Salisbury and Winchester can all be reached within 30 minutes’ drive. Stonehenge is within a 20-minute drive. Free parking is provided at the rear of the hotel.
The town centre is made up of the Andover Museum, Museum of the Iron Age and The Lights contemporary arts venue.
